The welder is the only one in Refaim that has the ability to craft or salvage swords. For crafting you will have to use a craft book and then bring the materials for the sword as well as a small fee for the welder. Salvaging of weapons will give you various materials that can be sold, traded or used for crafting. You have a maximum of 10 salvages a day.
