Marine animals in the Guardians Lagoon have special powers that can be harnested into swords. The Guardians are constantly trying to fight those that are trying to harm the animal life and those that are found are sent to Retribution Island. The Marine Violators that have been banished from Guardians Island need you to bring them the items from the Lagoon. Bring them the items and they will reward you with the knowledge to create a Turtle Shell Staff.
